Okay so it isn't really new, but being newly brunette comes with so many exciting make up options I never had before!
Being blonde for the past 19 years, I had set colour schemes and favourites of everything, from my Topshop coral lipstick (it's called Whimsical and it's fantastic!) to my Naked 2 Urban Decay palette.
But with a new hair colour comes exciting new territory. I've been really feeling the gothic leather and lace vibe across the high street and runway, so a friend recommended me trying some deep purple lipstick while shopping the other day and after some careful deliberation in changing rooms; I fell in love.
The next day I went back to buy it, and at only £8 it's the perfect way to give a gothic twist to any outfit. I'm mostly going to be rocking this look for nights out - it is rather drastic for me so I'm still getting used to it. But how ridiculously gorgeous is this plum shade?!
