A Céline replica is taking over the high street...

If you are a Tumblr addict like me - addict is an understatement in my case - you will of course have seen this beautiful beaaaaautiful handbag, the Céline Luggage Tote all over the place, adorned on every celebrity and generally giving fashion girls butterflies at it's presence (Maybe that is just me?)

And with any iconic bag of the moment, the high street is quick to catch up churning out replicas of these styles for the less affluent of shoppers to own a piece of fashion magic. This particular bag was in fact named by WWD the bag of Fashion Week in 2012, ensuring it a place in the must have accessories of 2012, and continuing into 2013 with the help of it's celebrity fans including Kylie Jenner who received two for Christmas. Another reason Kris Jenner needs to adopt me.

Basically, fashion has spoken. I need one of these bags! And that brings me nicely to my latest shopping trip. Honestly I'm so glad my parents don't read this too often and see how often I go shopping.

I had been lusting after this Navy Topshop handbag each time I'd been into the high street store (which is a lot) and after some good feedback from last semester's university assignments, decided to treat myself. I seem to say that a lot, but I really did deserve it - honest, Mum.

For now, this is the closest I'll be getting to owning a Céline handbag, but with this lovely new bag I'm really not that fussed. The navy colour is perfect, and matches my favourite scarf I wear pretty much every day (so it's pretty much fate, right?) The bag also comes in lovely white and burgundy colours as well, so there really is no excuse not to fall in love with it.

This bag has certainly caught the attention of the trendy girls of SSU - I've seen so many Solent girls with the bag the past few weeks, it was becoming ridiculous that I didn't own one.

At least I've rectified that situation now, at only £45 the Topshop version is one of my must haves for this month as I am even more obsessed than before.

Are you a fan of the high street replicas? Let me know what you think!
